For those owners who dream of an AKC-style full-coated toy dog, know this: the owner of this dog brushed him, then combs him twice a day. He’s never had a haircut, except for rounded feet and trimmed up face. He STILL has mats behind his ears and in his tuck up (right before the back legs).
If you can’t commit to brushing AND combing twice a day, you can’t have a full-coated dog. Get a puppy cut. You’ll thank me later.
